Doc is a former football and baseball player at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He spent the early spring of his freshman year with the baseball team, until a football coaching change derailed those plans. Doc finished the remainder of his time at Miami solely with football.
High School: Doc played football and baseball at St. Francis De Sales in Toledo, Ohio. As a Senior he earned First-Team All- Ohio as a shortstop and City League Player of the year.
His coaching career started at Owens Community College in Toledo, Ohio where he was responsible for infield play, hitting instruction, and strength and conditioning. At Owens, Doc helped lead the team to a Top 5 National Ranking in Team Batting Average and to Back-to- Back Final Fours in the NJCAA College World Series.
As a high school coach, Doc has spent time as an assistant at Clay High in Green Cove Springs, Florida. As a Head Coach he spent time at Everett High School in Lansing Michigan and Cristo Rey High School in Detroit. Doc has also coached travel teams.
He has worked with numerous players that have gone on to achieve their goal of playing baseball at the college level.

Coach Pratt is a former player at Newberry College in South Carolina, where he was a frequent member of the Dean’s List. He was part of the Conference Champion and Regional Host Wolves in 2018.
High School: Coach Pratt played ball at Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville, FL where they won back-to-back District Championships. Coach Pratt also played for Coastal Prospects where he made multiple all-tournament teams with Perfect Game.

Coach Roman is a player at Edward Waters University in Jacksonville. During the 2022 season he earned MVP for EWU during their Black College World Series Championship campaign.
High School: Coach Roman played ball at Ridgeview High School in Orange Park, FL.
Coach Calabro (Nilkko)

Coach Calabro is a former player at Drury University in Missouri. As a member of the Panthers, Nikko earned First Team CCA All Region and Second Team All American honors. High School: Nikko played ball at Bishop Kenny in Jacksonville, FL where he was also a member of the back-to-back District Championship Crusaders.
Coach Calabro will serve as a part-time coach and consultant for TUFFOUT.
Coach Pratt (Colin)

Specializations: Speed Improvement, Flexibility, Conditioning
Coach Pratt is a former football and track athlete. As a freshman and sophomore, he played varsity football for Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville, FL. During his freshman year at Kenny, he also ran track. Colin spent his junior year in South Carolina at White Knoll High School. His football season ended due to a torn ACL. As a senior, Coach Pratt returned to the varsity football field this time for Walled Lake Western in Michigan. Walled Lake made it to the Michigan State Semi-Finals.
